CIDEON and EPLAN move closer together
The time has come on 08 April: EPLAN and affiliate CIDEON are moving into their new shared offices in Munich. Both companies already had locations in the south of Munich – CIDEON’s headquarters have been in Munich for years. The strong course of growth for the two affiliates has now required the expansion of their spatial capacities. In addition, customers will substantively benefit from an even stronger “moving together” in the era of digitisation.
New offices in Munich-Gräfelfing
The time has come on 08 April: EPLAN and affiliate CIDEON are moving into their new shared offices in Munich. Both companies already had locations in the south of Munich – CIDEON’s headquarters have been in Munich for years. The strong course of growth for the two affiliates has now required the expansion of their spatial capacities. In addition, customers will substantively benefit from an even stronger “moving together” in the era of digitisation. Monheim/Hanover, Germany 01 April 2019 – In a week’s time, EPLAN and CIDEON will be joining forces in Munich, moving into their first shared offices in the city. The newly constructed building in the Gräfelfing municipality offers more space for the increasing number of employees on the course of the companies’ further expansion. The leased building on Lochhamer Schlag 11 also holds three new training rooms in which up to 24 participants from the EPLAN Training Academy and the CIDEON Training Center will be trained using state-of-the-art technology. After Monheim am Rhein, the offices in Munich are now one of the largest training locations worldwide for the companies. “We’re looking forward to the shared office space, which will assist us in getting our common EPLAN and CIDEON topics out in the market and to our customers”, says CIDEON Managing Director Clemens Voegele. “Working together at the same location makes examining interdisciplinary topics and answering questions about integration even faster and better than it was before.”
Joining forces in sales, consulting and core departments
Around 50 CIDEON employees will be moving into the new offices on 08 April. It includes core departments such as order processing, sales, consulting and training. Around 35 EPLAN employees with a focus on sales and consulting will also be moving in around this time. The motto continues to be “growth” and the conditions here are perfect for it: “We can better implement our ambitious expansion plans at the new location since our current space is bursting at the seams,” says EPLAN Munich Branch Manager Edgar Budde.

EPLAN has had a branch office in Munich for more than 25 years. Affiliate CIDEON has been headquartered in Munich since the year 2012. The two offices are separated by barely a kilometre. Customers of both companies come from a variety of industries.
